asked questions about the txt2taste service that we've listed
below to help you through the site. If there's something you'd

Why do you need me to register in order to get offers?
Txt2taste is a permission-based program. Once you have registered
you will be able to respond to any txt2taste ads using your
mobile phone and without the need to register again. We hold
your details securely and when you give us permission we will
use them to fulfil the offer you have requested e.g. a free
sample, or to get more information on something.
What happens if I've forgotten my password?
A 'Forgotten Password' screen will appear on the Log-in page.
Simply fill in either your mobile number or email address
and then click 'Request Details'. We will then send your password
through to your mobile or email.
What happens if the product I want to try is out
of stock - can I try something else instead?
When demand for a particular product is high, unfortunately
we may run out of stock. If this happens and you miss out
on a free trial, you may like to trial something else instead.

How long will my free sample take to arrive?
Your free sample should take between 7 and 14 days to arrive
at the address you've given us. If it hasn't reached you in
this time, please email us at support@txt2taste.co.nz for
further help.
If my address changes how do I let txt2taste know?
When you make an order for a free sample, a screen will appear
entitled 'Order Now'. Within this screen there will be a section
called 'Delivery To' that displays the name and address details
we have on record for you. This section also asks if your
address is correct. If the details we have listed here are
incorrect, then please click on CHANGE ADDRESS and make any
changes, to ensure we post your sample to the right place.
How long have I got to place my orders?
Product trials are only available for a limited time. If a
product has been moved to the 'Recent Offers' section, it
is no longer available for sampling. Check the 'Home' page
for current offers.
How often will there be new products available for
sampling?
txt2taste will be showcasing new products all the time. When
there is a new offer we'll send you an email, or txt message.
How many samples can I order at a time?
If you are joined with txt2taste you can order one sample
from each offer available on the website. In addition to these
great offers, from time to time we may contact you by e-mail
or txt with details of new offers that are available by invitation
only.

Is this SPAM?
No. Spam is unsolicited email and txt2taste will only contact
you if you have specifically indicated your permission to
do so. You may also opt-out from communication from txt2taste
at any time.
Will txt2taste pass my details to it advertisers
without my permission?
No. In most situations txt2Media will use your contact details
to contact you directly - whether it be by email, SMS (assuming
you have opted in to receive SMS messages) or direct mail.
Txt2Media DOES NOT sell or giveaway your personal contact
details unless you provide permission to do so or it is required
by law.
One situation where we will need to pass limited contact
details to an advertiser is where the offer cannot be fulfilled
by txt2Media. For example if we ran a free airtime offer we
would need to tell the telephone company your mobile number
so they would know who had claimed it. Or if we ran a car
test drive offer we would need to pass your telephone number
to the advertiser so they could contact you with a suitable
time to drive the vehicle.
Your terms and conditions say that if I give my permission
you will pass my contact details to an advertiser. How clear
will it be that this is what is happening?
It will be made very clear. We separate out this opt-in clause
from our own registration process. You will be required to
read a very clear statement such as:
"Please tick if you're over 18, and happy to receive
samples and offers about THEBRANDNAME and be contacted directly
by THECOMPANY about THECOMPANY, its brands, special offers,
samples and promotions."
You will then need to check the box and submit for this request
to be activated.
